Great morning drink! Contains antioxidants that are vital in fighting daily free radical damage. Studies have shown that diets consisting of 25 grams of soy protein a day may reduce the risk of heart disease.
½ cup orange juice
½ cup soy milk
¼ cup soy powder
¼ cup blueberries
¼ cup strawberries
1 frozen banana
Blend ingredients in blender until smooth, and enjoy!
Protein: 13.5 grams
Carbohydrates: 11 grams
Fat: 7 grams
Soy: 28.5 grams
